Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These conditions regulate the use of the AndTaxi application, which allows connecting users with professional licensed taxi drivers in the Principality of Andorra.

2. Nature of the Service

• AndTaxi acts as a technological intermediary.
• It does not directly provide transportation services, but connects users with licensed self-employed drivers.
• The transportation service is provided under the exclusive responsibility of the driver.

3. User Registration

To use the application, the user must be of legal age and register by providing truthful information.

4. Service Operation

The user requests a taxi through the app. The platform locates the nearest available vehicle and notifies the user. Trip prices are calculated using the driver's official taximeter.

5. Rates and Commissions

The user pays two amounts:

• The trip amount, determined by the driver's taximeter (paid directly to the taxi driver).
• A service fee charged by AndTaxi, corresponding to the use of the platform, calculated and charged directly to the user through the integrated payment gateway.

6. Cancellations

Users may cancel a service before the driver accepts the request at no additional cost. Once accepted, cancellation may involve a minimum service charge.

7. Liability

• AndTaxi is not responsible for services provided by drivers, nor for incidents during the trip.
• The Company's liability is limited to correct technological intermediation.

8. Prohibitions

It is not permitted to use the app for fraudulent purposes, nor to manipulate geolocation, identity or payment method data.
